Dino’s Famous Meatballs

Ingredients:

• 5 lbs ground chuck
• 5 eggs
• 1/2 cup grated parmesan Reggiano cheese
• 1/3 cup plain bread crumbs
• 4 oz finely chopped shitake mushrooms
• Large handful of spinach, finely chopped

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Using a 1” scoop, created the meatballs and place in 9×13” casserole dish. You should make enough meatballs to fill two casserole dishes.

Bake at 350 degrees for 28-30 minutes. Immediately remove from oven and drain excess fat. Let cool and enjoy!
