Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Since we don’t resell used items, any orders that are returned showing signs of use or with damaged packaging may be subject to a restocking fee or, in some cases, issued as store credit only. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Big Ass Steps – Special Return Conditions

Big Ass Steps are designed for specific vehicles and dogs and require hands-on inspection, reconditioning, and brand-new packaging to be resold once returned.

  • Returns of Big Ass Steps are subject to a 15% restocking fee

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

  • The restocking fee applies to returns related to fitment or sizing issues

  • If the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product, we will of course make it right

We strongly encourage reviewing all product details, dimensions, FAQs, and fitment videos before ordering to ensure the correct selection.

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Perishable goods (such as food, poop bags, etc.), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and pet care goods (such as shampoo, soap, etc.) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

You must include your order number and purchaser name. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order for the correct item once the return is accepted.

For oversized or freight-style items such as Big Ass Steps, customers are responsible for shipping costs both directions when requesting an exchange due to sizing or fitment.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging—and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten (10) business days, less any applicable restocking fees.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
