1. Where do you ship from? +

All of our products ship from our Big Ass Warehouse in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

2. What shipping options do you offer and how quickly will I receive my stuff? +

We use a combination of all three common carriers; USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We try and select the most expedient, ground shipping possible to get our Big Ass Goodies to you. You can select faster options or your preferred carrier during the checkout process. In-stock items ship within 24 hours (unless it is over a weekend). Most of our customers receive their items within 2 - 5 days depending on where they are located.

3. Do you have free shipping? +

We do offer free shipping for orders over $100!

4. What if I need to return an item? +

We have a 30-day money back return policy. As long as you return the item in like-new condition with its original packaging you will get a full refund for the purchase price.

If you don't have the packaging any longer or there are any signs of use, we will issue you a store credit for the full purchase value.

5. We love your brand - do you have stickers? +

Every order we ship gets a randomly selected sticker from our collection. We don't offer the stickers for purchase in the shop right now - so the only way to get one of these is with an order! (Don't tell anyone - but we usually throw in some other bonus gifts too)

6. Do you have a physical store? +

We'd love to see our Big Ass Family in person, but right now, we are ONLINE only. You can stumble onto us and our products in the wild if you keep an eye on our social media for our traveling adventures.

7. How can I stay up to date on new products? +

Great question! We are launching new stuff all of the time (thanks to our Big Ass Family's feedback). The best way to stay informed is to follow us on social media and sign up for our monthly newsletter.
