Six sizes, M through 4XL. Chest circumference is what decides your size — measure the widest point, just behind the front legs, with your dog standing, and add two fingers of slack. Weight is only a cross-check: two dogs of the same weight can be two sizes apart.

Can I attach a "service animal" patch?

Yes, the badges that display "Big Ass Harness" are removeable velcro patches that can be replaced with any customized patch you would like to apply.

Is the velcro sewn on the wrong side?

NO! It might at first seem that way, but it is correct. Check out the video in the gallery above for fitting the harness.

What sizes offer the different colors?

Black is available in every size, M through 4XL. The full color range — Black, Light Blue, Orange and Pink — is offered in XL, 2XL, 3XL and 4XL, all in stock now. We don't carry the colors in M and L.

How do I pick a size?

Measure your dog's chest at its widest point, just behind the front legs, with the dog standing, then add two fingers of slack. Go by that number rather than weight — two dogs of the same weight can be two sizes apart. Between sizes? Size up.
