🛡️ The Big Ass 3-Year No-Flatten Promise
A flat bed is a broken promise. So we don’t make them.
Cheap beds pancake in a month. We build our orthopedic foam to hold its shape under 200+ pounds of dog, and we put a number on it: 3 full years, guaranteed not to flatten — measured from the day your bed is delivered. Not “we hope it lasts.” Guaranteed, in writing.
If the foam ever caves in and stops supporting your dog inside those 3 years, that’s on us:
- Send us a photo. No shipping the bed back — once it’s out of the vacuum pack, return freight costs more than the bed, and nobody wants a used one in the mail.
- Within 90 days of delivery: full refund.
- 90 days to 3 years: full store credit toward a fresh one.
- Then pay it forward. We’ll ask you to donate the old bed to a local shelter. A bed that’s lost a step for your beast is still a serious upgrade for a dog who’s got nothing — and giving back is kind of our whole thing.
One honest note, because we’d rather be straight with you: this covers the foam doing its job — holding its shape and support under normal big-dog life. Sprawling, flopping, 200 pounds of dead-asleep weight? Covered. What it doesn’t cover is what teeth and claws do to a bed — chewing, digging, tears, punctures, or a cover that’s lost a fight.
