Our orthopedic foam is built to hold its shape under 200+ pounds of dog. If it ever flattens out on you, that's on us.
- Send us a photo. No shipping the bed back — once it's out of the vacuum pack, return freight costs more than the bed, and nobody wants a used one in the mail.
- Within 90 days: full refund.
- After 90 days: store credit toward a fresh one, for as long as you own the bed.
- Then pay it forward. We'll ask you to donate the old bed to a local shelter. A bed that's lost a step for your beast is still a serious upgrade for a dog who's got nothing — and giving back is kind of our whole thing.
