Sometimes your Big Ass Dog needs more than an inside-out solution — they need relief right where it hurts. Ruff Relief Cream delivers soothing, skin-penetrating support exactly where it’s needed most.
Our transdermal formula carries full-spectrum hemp extract and CBG deep into the skin, working alongside essential oils proven to help combat candida, a common cause of hot spots and yeast-related irritation in big dogs. And because we use neutral carrier oils, dogs are less likely to lick it off — though we can’t promise they won’t try.
-
Full-spectrum hemp + CBG for inflammation and skin discomfort
-
Essential oils that help fight candida overgrowth
-
Neutral oils to reduce licking temptation
-
Double-strength compared to most similar topicals
-
Great for hot spots, skin flare-ups, and post-adventure irritation (avoid open wounds)
Designed for giant breed needs, Ruff Relief Cream means you can help your dog get back to belly rubs instead of endless scratching.
The Ecosystem
Part of the Big Ass lifeSPAN™
Giant breeds don't get enough years. This is the four-part system built to add some.
SSupport — Joint Juice & Mobility Bites work from the inside out; Ruff Relief Cream soothes hot spots, calluses, and allergy flare-ups from the outside in.
PProtect — Big Ass Steps spare their joints the impact of jumping in and out of the truck; the Big Ass Boo Boo Recovery Collar protects healing wounds and hot spots from getting licked raw.
AAnchor — the Big Ass Harness spreads pressure across their frame instead of yanking it onto their neck.
NNest — orthopedic beds that support them through the ~half their life they spend lying down.
Support. Protect. Anchor. Nest. One dog, one system — a longer lifeSPAN.

What does Ruff Relief Cream help with?
It’s great for hot spots, yeast-related itchiness, dry patches, and other irritated skin. It’s made for big dogs with big coats and the skin issues that come with them.
Can I use it on open wounds?
Nope. Apply it to clean, intact skin only. For cuts or open sores, let those heal first or see your vet.
Will my dog try to lick it off?
Possibly — they’re dogs, after all — but our neutral carrier oils make it far less tempting than creams made with “tasty” ingredients like shea butter or coconut oil.
How often should I apply it?
For most cases, 1–2 times per day until the skin looks better. Severe or recurring issues may need daily use for a longer period.
Does it work instantly?
You may see some relief right away, but lasting improvement for chronic issues comes with consistent use.
