About Us
Dino, our Neapolitan Mastiff, was our first giant breed dog. It didn’t take more than a couple of months for us to discover that most products we found at the big box retailers weren’t going to work. Frequently Ask Questions
All of our products ship from our Big Ass Warehouse in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
We use a combination of all three common carriers; USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We try and select the most expedient, ground shipping possible to get our Big Ass Goodies to you. You can select faster options or your preferred carrier during the checkout process. In-stock items ship within 24 hours (unless it is over a weekend). Most of our customers receive their items within 2 - 5 days depending on where they are located.
We do offer free shipping for orders over $100 BUT due to the size of the Gigantic Ass Bed and the Big Ass Bed, we have to charge a reduced flat-rate fee. Those Big Ass Items can rack up some insanely Big Ass Freight costs!
Every order we ship gets a randomly selected sticker from our collection. We don't offer the stickers for purchase in the shop right now - so the only way to get one of these is with an order! (Don't tell anyone - but we usually throw in some other bonus gifts too)
We'd love to see our Big Ass Family in person, but right now, we are ONLINE only. You can stumble onto us and our products in the wild if you keep an eye on our social media for our traveling adventures.
