Turkey and Sweet Potato Meatballs
Turkey & Sweet Potato Meatballs
Makes (24) 1″ meatballs
- 1lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup shredded raw sweet potato
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1 egg
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl. Using a 1″ scoop, roll out (24) meatballs and place in a casserole dish. Bake in oven for 25-28 minutes. Remove from oven and drain fat from casserole dish then let cool before serving. CAUTION: may cause excessive drooling 🙂
